In no time Raila and Kibaki will clue in and start distributing resources amongst themselves. What about the rest of us?

I love that blog too, he has a clarity that comes from being an outsider with an open mind. Raila and Kibaki have been distributing spoils amongst themselves for years! Remember they are politicians….
